No arranque do projeto é definido um gestor de projeto que irá coordenar todo o trabalho e ser o ponto de referência entre as equipas da TRC e do cliente. Todo o trabalho é de seguida planeado em ferramenta de gestão de projecto com todas as tarefas, definidos os responsáveis e prazos de execução sendo toda a informação trocada e gerida a partir da ferramenta assegurando que toda a informação se encontra disponível, centralizada e facilmente acessível a cada parte.
EXECUÇÃO
Execução dos Trabalhos de acordo com o cronograma definido.
Comunicação com o cliente para acompanhamento da execução e validação progressiva das fases concluídas.
ACOMPANHAMENTO
Ao longo dos trabalhos existe um acompanhamento dos mesmos de forma a assegurar o cumprimentos dos prazos, identificar eventuais constrangimentos e assegurar o envolvimento de todos os envolvidos para o sucesso do projeto. Para tal a informação é atualizada na plataforma de gestão de projetos e através de reuniões entre as equipas.
